Golf Cart Rental Agreement — St. George Solutions
By completing this reservation, the renter ("Guest") agrees to the following terms and conditions for use of the golf cart provided by St. George Solutions at Perdido Key, Florida. Golf cart access is complimentary with your property rental and subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility. Guest must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart. Guest assumes full responsibility for ensuring any operators meet this requirement.
2. Permitted Use. The golf cart is provided for personal recreational use only. Operation is strictly limited to River Road between the Oyster Bar and Perdido Key Public Access #3. The golf cart may only cross Perdido Key Drive directly to reach Beach Access #3 — driving along Perdido Key Drive in either direction is strictly prohibited. The golf cart is not permitted on sand, beach, or any off-road terrain under any circumstances. Use on any other public highways or roads is strictly prohibited. The cart must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3. Liability & Damage. Guest accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to the golf cart occurring during the rental period, including but not limited to collision, vandalism, or misuse. Any damages or injuries must be reported immediately to St. George Solutions at 901-292-6376 or info@stgeorge-solutions.com. St. George Solutions is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from Guest's use of the cart.
4. Security Deposit. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required prior to accessing the golf cart. The deposit will be refunded in full following the conclusion of the rental period, provided the cart is returned undamaged, keys are secured in the lockbox, and required photo documentation is submitted. Deposits are processed through Stripe; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of authorization.
5. Indemnification. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless St. George Solutions, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to Guest's use of the golf cart.
6. Return Condition. The cart must be returned in the same condition it was provided, with a full charge. Excessive cleaning fees or damage repair costs will be charged against the security deposit or to the payment method on file.
7. Cancellation. If your stay is cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in, the $300 security deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Seatbelt Requirement. All passengers riding in the back seat of the golf cart must wear a seatbelt at all times. Guest assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with this requirement for all riders.
10. Photo Documentation. Guest is required to take photographs of the golf cart at the time of check-out and again upon return at the conclusion of their stay. These photos must be sent to info@stgeorge-solutions.com. This documentation protects both the Guest and St. George Solutions in the event of any damage dispute and is required for deposit refund processing.
11. Key Return. Upon conclusion of the rental period, Guest must place the key in the lockbox attached to the golf cart and ensure the lockbox is locked. Failure to secure the key may result in additional charges or forfeiture of part of the security deposit.
